Hello Zuidas launches the Zuidas App!
Zuidas has a new service: the Zuidas App. This app is aimed at making the life of 'de Zuidasser' easier. With a few clicks on your phone you can find almost everything that is in and around Zuidas in the app. Whether you are in the mood for Italian, want to give a good wine as a gift or are looking for a job in Zuidas, the app helps you with it. The app also shows all businesses in Zuidas. All members of Hello Zuidas present themselves on the basis of image, text and location.
Community and comfort
The most important pillars in the development of the app were - and remain - community and comfort.
- Community manifests itself in the pages News, Events, Jobs and Offers & Deals. The involved or curious Zuidasser stays up-to-date about the latest news and the events calendar. In Jobs you will find jobs based in Zuidas, in all sectors. In Offers & Deals you will find permanent and temporary deals and discounts from retailers and catering entrepreneurs in the area.
- Comfort manifests itself in the pages Restaurants, Bars, Hotels and Shops, where you can search for hospitality and retail based on distance to your current location and on rating (Google ratings). In Travel you can look for suitable transport, whether it is a (sharing) bicycle, (sharing) car or taxi. We continue to explore the possibilities to further improve comfort, such as links with other apps and booking systems for restaurants, event rooms and transport, for example.
New functionalities
To stimulate downloads and to guarantee repeated use, we have added functionalities that are constantly being kept up-to-date. The aforementioned Offers & Deals page is an important element in this. This page allows the app user to save money in a simple way. In addition, Jobs is an important functionality. This page contains a handy overview of vacancies, sorted by sector, level of education and employment type.
Be the first to know
In order to develop the app we divided our target group into four segments: residents, employees, students and tourists/travelers. With the functionalities within the app we want to serve and connect all four groups. As an app user you can follow your favorite pages and receive push notifications. If an event, deal or vacancy is posted, you will be the first to know.
Free tickets
The Zuidas App is free to download in Google Play and the App Store. Among the first app users, 100 free tickets will be given away for PAN Amsterdam, the art, antiques and design fair that takes place in the Amsterdam RAI from 24 November to 1 December 2019. These tickets are available via the Offers & Deals page in the Zuidas App. First come, first served.
Collaboration
The app is a development of Hello Zuidas, the area management organization of Zuidas, in collaboration with its more than 240 members. These members are companies, organizations and institutions from the area. Members of Hello Zuidas can easily add their events, vacancies and offers & deals to the app.
