ROSE WIEWELRose Wiewel (1978) has been COO at Simmons & Simmons Amsterdam since April 2017. Rose started her career in 2002 at the insurance company CNA Europe in Paris. After 5 years in Paris she left for London for CNA Europe. After a number of management positions within the Lloyd's insurance market, she became COO at ANV Insurance. In 2017 she returned to the Netherlands with her family. Rose studied Facility Management in Wageningen. | SANDRA HEYMANSSince 2019, Sandra has been a member of the management team at CBRE Property Management. Sandra's focus is on devising and shaping solutions that contribute to making people enjoy coming to work, whether it's within the large team of Property Management or for the tenants of the many buildings CBRE manages for its clients. Building valuable and inclusive communities, one of the pillars of Hello Zuidas, resonates strongly with her. Sandra has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Before joining CBRE in 2017, she worked for over 15 years as head of real estate for a family office, where she was responsible for leasing and improving the real estate portfolio. She studied real estate and brokerage. |
PATRICK VAN OPPENPatrick van Oppen (1971) has been working at Loyens & Loeff as a tax advisor since 1994. As a tax partner, he advises national and international clients and is specialized in (cross-border) transactions. He worked for the Frankfurt office and headed the Tokyo office from 2005 to 2009. Patrick studied tax law at the University of Leiden. | Nils VonderNils Vonder (1976) has been working as Corporate Communication manager at RAI Amsterdam since 2018. Nils started his career in 2003 and has since held various positions, including at Holland Casino and VodafoneZiggo. With these positions Nils has built up a broad network and gained extensive knowledge in the field of marketing communication, corporate communication and PR. Nils studied Communication in Groningen. |
FRANC VAN NUNENPassionate about working in a content-driven environment. As Director of Campus Development at FCO, I have the privilege of being the designer and accountable for realizing new area and building developments for the VU Campus in Amsterdam Zuidas, as well as new operational concepts for education, research, and valorization. The campus serves as an enabler, as a community for students, staff, and visitors. A transformation towards an open and urban character within the Zuidas developments, connected with the city. For the VU, I work on economically profiling the campus for the city and stakeholders.I am connecting in terms of content and people, strongly focused on innovative outcomes, steadfast and content-driven therein. A team player who enables the organization to discover that they can develop and achieve new things. Quick to understand, analytical, and creative. I have a pragmatic approach, service-oriented, and focused on solutions. I enjoy that with my experience and my involvement in Zuidas, I can contribute to Hello Zuidas. | PIETER Van DER PEETPieter van der Peet (1981) has been working for Victory Group as a senior asset manager since April 2022. His focus is on the leasing of Victory's portfolio of landmark projects, such as Manhattan in Brussels and the ABN Amro complex in Amsterdam.Pieter's career began in 2006 after completing his master's study in financial management. Before joining Victory, he worked in various roles in leasing and capital markets at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield in Amsterdam, London, and Hong Kong, giving him an excellent all-round knowledge of the entire real estate cycle; from developing the concept to realization, leasing, and sale of the completed building or complex. As a member of the supervisory board of Hello Zuidas, Pieter aims to contribute to a thriving community on the Zuidas with his local and international knowledge and experience. |
BAS JOCHIMSBas Jochims is the Fund Manager of Dutch Office & Hotel Investments. In this role, he is entrusted with overseeing the overall fund management,encompassing both financial and non-financial performance aspects. Previously, he was responsible for the performance of the assets as Director Dutch Office & Hotel Investments since 2008. Bas started as Asset Manager at Bouwinvest in 2005. In total he has 24 years of experience in real estate. Bas gained his real estate experience with Dynamis ABC Commercial Real Estate, where he worked as an Account Manager and was responsible for the total property management for several clients in the greater Amsterdam and The Hague regions. Bas studied Management, Economics and Law in Eindhoven and obtained an academic degree (MSc) in Real Estate Development & Investment at the University of Greenwich (UK). | MENNO VAN DER VALKMenno van der Valk (1979) works as Zuidas & Accessibility manager at ORAM and is also responsible for internal operations. In this role, he joins the Hello Zuidas Supervisory Board as secretary. In the past, Menno worked as an area development manager at Dura Vermeer and started his career as a consultant at Colliers International. Within these positions he has designed a number of sustainable concepts, such as the initiative of 'De Circulaire Weg'. Menno studied Planning in Utrecht. |
