PAULINE BOTTEMA-SANDERS

Pauline Bottema-Sanders (1973) has been General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at EDGE Technologies since November 2021. Before that she was General Counsel at Amsterdam RAI. In this position she is ultimately responsible for all legal affairs of Amsterdam RAI. Pauline started her career in 1999 at the Stibbe law firm. During the 15 years that she worked for Stibbe, she was part of
from the M&A team and corporate TMT team.
She has also been seconded to Starbucks
Coffee and ING Group. Pauline is already a teacher
affiliated with the Erasmus School of Law and obtained her Master's degree in Dutch Private Law from the University of Leiden.

MICHIEL DE BROWN

Michiel de Bruine (1966) has been Head of Dutch Residential Investments at Bouwinvest since 2006. He is responsible for the results of the Bouwinvest Dutch institutional Residential Fund. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. Michiel gained his real estate experience within various companies, including Dynamis ABC, where he worked as a lawyer, account manager and regional manager for the Amsterdam and Utrecht offices. Michiel studied Law at the Free University in Amsterdam.



DICK LUSSING

As Manager Regional Facility Services, Dick Lussing (1960) is responsible for the Services services in all ABN AMRO buildings in the Netherlands. After completing his law degree in Leiden and completing military service, Dick started in 1987 as a trainee at the AMRO bank in Amsterdam. He has worked in the commercial field in organizational advice and implementation management. In 2005 Dick made the switch to the facility services company. First as Regional Facility Manager, later as Manager Facility Services. He actually fulfills this last function to this day, albeit with a few times changed responsibility and name.

Nils Vonder

Nils Vonder (1976) has been working as Corporate Communication manager at RAI Amsterdam since 2018. Nils started his career in 2003 and has since held various positions, including at Holland Casino and VodafoneZiggo. With these positions Nils has built up a broad network and gained extensive knowledge in the field of marketing communication, corporate communication and PR. Nils studied Communication in Groningen.


ROSE WIEWEL

Rose Wiewel (1978) has been COO at Simmons & Simmons Amsterdam since April 2017. Rose started her career in 2002 at the insurance company CNA Europe in Paris. After 5 years in Paris she left for London for CNA Europe. After a number of management positions within the Lloyd's insurance market, she became COO at ANV Insurance. In 2017 she returned to the Netherlands with her family. Rose studied Facility Management in Wageningen.

PATRICK VAN OPPEN

Patrick van Oppen (1971) has been working at Loyens & Loeff as a tax advisor since 1994. As a tax partner, he advises national and international clients and is specialized in (cross-border) transactions. He worked for the Frankfurt office and headed the Tokyo office from 2005 to 2009. Patrick studied tax law at the University of Leiden.


HANS VAN ZIJST

Hans van Zijst (1957) has been associated with Zuidas (municipality of Amsterdam) since October 2015 as strategic environment manager. He is a partner/director at WesselinkVanzijst in Zeist, a specialized consultancy in interest management. Hans has been recruited by Zuidas and Zuidasdok to integrally involve the surrounding parties of the Zuidas in the developments in the area. In that capacity, he is an advisor to the Supervisory Board and the Board of the Hello Zuidas Foundation. Hans has been working in consultancy for 18 years now. Before that, he worked for the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment for 16 years (including three years of diplomatic service in the US and Canada). He studied law in Utrecht.

MENNO VAN DER VALK

Menno van der Valk (1979) works as Zuidas & Accessibility manager at ORAM and is also responsible for internal operations. In this role, he joins the Hello Zuidas Supervisory Board as secretary. In the past, Menno worked as an area development manager at Dura Vermeer and started his career as a consultant at Colliers International. Within these positions he has designed a number of sustainable concepts, such as the initiative of 'De Circulaire Weg'. Menno studied Planning in Utrecht.
