One of the tallest wooden office buildings in the world

The new residential area Ravel will get an eye-catcher. NSI recently presented, in collaboration with Dam & Partners, the plans for a wooden office building 86 meters high: one of the tallest wooden office buildings in the world.

The building will be given a prominent place at the end of the new Maurice Ravellaan, in the residential area of Ravel. The avenue is an extension of Gustav Mahlerlaan.

Sustainable building
Sustainability is the keyword for this project. The construction technology is durable and the materials are durable and optimally reusable. In addition, it will be a healthy building: a lot of attention is paid to the indoor climate. For example, no materials are used for the interior that cause toxicity.

On top of the wooden building there will be a roof terrace with trees and other living greenery.
