Aparthotel Premier Suites Plus Amsterdam opens in Hourglass Building this summer

This summer, the aparthotel Premier Suites Plus Amsterdam will open its doors in the brand-new Hourglass Building (currently under construction). The hotel aims at business travelers looking for an apartment for an extended period with the service of a hotel.

Premier Suites Plus Amsterdam, part of the international hotel group PREM Hospitality, will have 115 apartments of various sizes. The hotel will be located from the twelfth to the sixteenth floor in the building.

The hotel will be an interesting choice for people who are temporarily in the Netherlands for work and are looking for a modern apartment for a longer stay. According to PREM Hospitality, there is a growing demand for long-stay solutions in Amsterdam.

Each apartment is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and an espresso machine. The 115 lofts and apartments will also be equipped with a modern living room including flat screen TV. In the bedroom, the guest can relax in the spacious 7th Heaven Bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a power shower and luxury toiletries. Rooms will be cleaned once a week, but this can be done more frequently on request. Furthermore, the reception will be open 24/7 so that guests can always contact them with their questions.

Premier Suites Plus has one other location in the Netherlands, namely in Rotterdam. Most of its European hotels are located in England.

Hourglass Building
The Hourglass Building was developed on behalf of the Maarsen Group and takes on the characteristic shape of an hourglass. The building will also house a restaurant, shops and office space for the Loyens & Loeff law firm.
