About the speakers:
Neha Lagoo Ratnakar, CPTD, is a self-described tiny speaker with a big name and an even bigger message. She is the author of a career restart book Back on Your Feet (Goodreads 4.5, Amazon 4.7), a keynote speaker, an International L&D advisor and the former Head of Education for LEAD Network Europe.
Her talks are shaped by the insights she gathered through her global career and experiences of being a diverse candidate in most places. Her take on DE&I is refreshing and optimistic. Necla Kaplan (r) Is the driving force behind First Gen, a platform dedicated to supporting first-generation professionals. These individuals are the first in their families to pursue higher education and embark on a professional career, often without having role models or mentors to guide them. They face unique challenges as they navigate the complexities of the work environment.
First Gen provides targeted supported, networking opportunities and tools to help these pioneers excel, fostering inclusivity and helping organizations benefit from their diverse perspective. |

Allan Kartodikromo & Alicia Utami who, in addition as being Trainers, also represent the topic from their role as Board & Commission members of Diversity Network ABN AMRO (DNA). The DNA initiative is an Employee Resource Group within ABN AMRO; making this an initiative that is stem from Employees and for the Employees.
Recognising your own Cultural norms & values, along with those of others, is an important initial step towards establishing a successful collaboration. How can you apply that knowledge to build a harmonious and inclusive workplace? This engaging session will offer examples and best practices, as well as a chance for you to contribute your perspective and challenges.
