About the speakers:
Neha Lagoo Ratnakar, CPTD, is a self-described tiny speaker with a big name and an even bigger message. She is the author of a career restart book Back on Your Feet (Goodreads 4.5, Amazon 4.7), a keynote speaker, an International L&D advisor and the former Head of Education for LEAD Network Europe.
Her talks are shaped by the insights she gathered through her global career and experiences of being a diverse candidate in most places. Her take on DE&I is refreshing and optimistic. Necla Kaplan (r) Is the driving force behind First Gen, a platform dedicated to supporting first-generation professionals. These individuals are the first in their families to pursue higher education and embark on a professional career, often without having role models or mentors to guide them. They face unique challenges as they navigate the complexities of the work environment.

Allan Kartodikromo & Alicia Utami who, in addition as being Trainers, also represent the topic from their role as Board & Commission members of Diversity Network ABN AMRO (DNA). The DNA initiative is an Employee Resource Group within ABN AMRO; making this an initiative that is stem from Employees and for the Employees.
Recognising your own Cultural norms & values, along with those of others, is an important initial step towards establishing a successful collaboration. How can you apply that knowledge to build a harmonious and inclusive workplace?
